The purchase of Tibor and Niki can actually be said to be smooth, which is rare.
On average, a purchase usually completes in 3-5 months, in this case it took about 6 months for the entire administration from the first phone call until completion. The problem was the chosen property itself, some maintenance work had to be done and it took much longer than expected. Unfortunately, we can’t see in advance what obstacles there will be in the future.
The point is that Niki and Tibor waited so patiently for many months and were finally able to collect the keys to their beautiful new home, congratulations and thank you for choosing us.
