Andras and Zsuzsa purchase is an excellent example of false advertising and choosing the cheapest solicitor, who’s going to cause a lot of trouble.
It is not the solicitor we recommended, they have done an amazing job, it is the seller’s solicitor, who caused many months of delays.
In this situation, property was advertised as chain free, but actually it was not and several months went past when we found out this.
After several months of waiting, having paid for the mortgage, for the valuation and searches, they had no other chance but to wait for the sellers to find a suitable property.
Long story short, after 6 months of waiting, of which 3 months were absolutely pointless, the case was completed, Andras and Zsuzsa finally became homeowners.
