In this case nothing outrageous happened, there was a problem with the property itself which had been sorted by our solicitors quite quickly.
The whole process took more than 6 months, which means the mortgage offer was about to expire but we managed to get a 30 day offer extension which meant we had enough time to complete this case.
What we can say is Gabor and Erika were extremely patient and helpful and supported us greatly throughout the process and as a result they picked up the key for their new property a few days ago.
