These two were absolute rockstars, providing all the documents we needed in record time. We zoomed through the process and secured a mortgage offer by June. Of course, they took a little extra time to find their dream home, but who can blame them?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Summer is usually slower with everyone off on holidays, but that gave us plenty of time to keep an eagle eye on the mortgage market. Good thing we did! With rates changing faster than a British weather forecast, we spotted an opportunity to renegotiate with the lender. End result? A much cheaper mortgage rate for Glenn and Terezia!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After just one month of the second mortgage offer, we\u2019re thrilled to announce that Glenn and Terezia are officially proud homeowners! Best part? Everything went smoothly, without a hitch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Working with them was an absolute joy \u2013 their determination meant we just had to smooth the path to their success.
