She started looking for a property and found one very quickly. By the end of May 2024, she already had a mortgage offer for it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But as summer began, problems popped up\u2014issues with the property and unhelpful owners who wouldn\u2019t reply to our solicitor\u2019s requests. After a long battle with the estate agent and owners, Anett decided to walk away from the deal. We thought this was a smart move.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Many people would feel discouraged after months of effort and might give up on buying altogether. Not Anett! \ud83d\ude0a She stayed determined and, just a few weeks later, found a much better flat. By the end of August 2024, she had her new mortgage offer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since it was a leasehold flat, the legal process took a while\u2014almost four months\u2014but everything was finalized on December 20th, just in time for Christmas. What better gift than the keys to your dream home?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anett\u2019s determination was incredible. If one flat didn\u2019t work out, she moved on to the next.
