By <strong data-start=\"419\" data-end=\"439\">January 22, 2025<\/strong>, they had their mortgage offer in hand! That means they found a property, made an offer, and got it accepted\u2014all in less than <strong data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"579\">three weeks<\/strong>! \ud83d\ude80<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"915\">Andras and Fanni worked incredibly hard to make this happen. They were an absolute pleasure to work with\u2014whenever we needed something, they responded almost instantly, making the entire process smooth and efficient.
