But life had other plans: the case went on hold for a few months to allow time for deposit savings and building up employment history. It wasn&#8217;t until\u00a0<strong>January 2025<\/strong>\u00a0that we picked things back up again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By the end of January, they had found\u00a0<em>the<\/em>\u00a0one \u2014 their dream flat. What we didn&#8217;t know at the time was just how many hidden challenges were waiting for us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It&#8217;s hard to list them all, but here&#8217;s a taste:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Endless delays from the management company<\/li>\n<li>Sellers who weren&#8217;t entirely transparent<\/li>\n<li>The dreaded cladding issues<\/li>\n<li>Disputes over repair costs and fire door replacements<\/li>\n<li>A broken terrace door\u00a0<em>before<\/em>\u00a0moving in<\/li>\n<li>Parking space confusion<\/li>\n<li>And investigations into planned \u2014 and very expensive \u2014 works that could have landed on their shoulders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The list goes on. Honestly, we&#8217;re not sure if we&#8217;ve even mentioned every obstacle. But now you understand how we ended up sending\u00a0<strong>over 100 emails<\/strong>\u00a0in just a few months. And this is just one case of ours!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Throughout it all, we stood by Laszlo and Monika every step of the way \u2014 and we truly hope they felt our support during this rollercoaster process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We never aim to scare anyone off buying a home \u2014 quite the opposite. Even in a case as complex as this, we stuck with it and saw it through to the finish line.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But what impressed us most wasn&#8217;t the paperwork or the persistence it took from our side \u2014 it was\u00a0<em>theirs<\/em>.<br \/>\nLaszlo and Monika showed incredible patience, sharp thinking, and calm, solution-focused communication. Most people would have walked away after a fraction of the issues they faced. But not them.
