Because of their preparation and attitude, our job was easy. After our initial consultation, we agreed on the next steps, and by January, we had started preparing their mortgage pre-approval \u2013 a key step before making an offer on a property.<\/p>\n
By mid-January 2025, we had the pre-approval ready. In March, they found the perfect home, and since everything was prepared in advance, we submitted the mortgage application right away. By March 20th, they had already received their mortgage offer from the bank!<\/p>\n
There were no complications at all \u2013 which is partly good luck, but also thanks to their amazing preparation. In fact, Bettina told us she read every single client story on our website before starting. Because of this, she had a very clear picture of the process, and they followed everything exactly as it should be done. Their understanding and readiness made everything smooth and efficient.<\/p>\n
To be honest, no one has ever told us they read all the stories on our site<\/strong> \u2013 and that meant a lot to us. When we started this many years ago, we never imagined these shared experiences would become such a valuable resource for future clients.<\/p>\n Throughout the journey, we exchanged exactly 62 emails \u2013 each one bringing us a step closer to completion. It just shows how much communication and teamwork can go into making everything seamless behind the scenes!<\/p>\n Just before the key handover, we checked the market one last time \u2013 interest rates had dropped a bit, and we found a cheaper product from the same bank. We quickly switched them over to the better deal, saving Roland and Bettina some extra money.<\/p>\n Finally, by the end of May, everything was complete and they received the keys to their new home.
