This year alone, his purchase is yet another shining example where absolutely everything went smoothly, and the whole process wrapped up in a remarkably timely manner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He first reached out to us on 11 April 2025, saying he was ready to buy a property. It sounds almost unbelievable, but by the end of April, his mortgage offer was already in hand. That means David managed to find his dream little house, submit the mortgage application, and have it approved by the bank\u2014<strong>all in less than three weeks<\/strong>. That\u2019s impressively fast by any standard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We thought, \u201cWell, this part was quick, but with solicitors and the summer holidays ahead, surely things will slow down.\u201d But that never happened. Quite the opposite. We officially instructed the solicitors on 16 April 2025, and by 7 July 2025, David was holding the keys.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This timeline includes everything\u2014from arranging the mortgage, handling all the legal work, setting up the insurances\u2014start to finish.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Any hiccups along the way? None. That\u2019s the most beautiful part\u2014and honestly a bit unusual for us, because we\u2019re so used to constant problem-solving.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In total, we exchanged barely a handful of emails\u2014just six, to be exact\u2014since most of our communication was on Messenger, where we sent each other hundreds of messages to make sure David felt supported every step of the way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A happy story with a happy ending.<\/strong> I think you can see in David\u2019s photo just how thrilled he is with his lovely new home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And let me add one more thing\u2014<em>David was kind enough to say this wouldn\u2019t have happened without us. But from where I stand, it wouldn\u2019t have happened without him. We only walk alongside people on this journey<\/em>\u2014but if he hadn\u2019t been proactive, responsive, and committed to the process, we\u2019d never have reached the finish line.
