However, after a detailed discussion about the potential drawbacks and limitations of such a purchase, they quickly decided to pursue a standard full ownership route instead \u2014 a decision that ultimately served them very well.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>It didn\u2019t take long to find the perfect flat in the brilliant Milton Keynes. The mortgage offer was issued by the bank in just under two weeks \u2014 a fairly typical timeframe, especially since the valuation process often takes the longest. By early May, we had the mortgage in place, and from there our solicitors successfully completed the full purchase process in just 12 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>At the final stage, we arranged their insurance policies, because peace of mind and financial security are just as important as getting the keys.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>All in all, a 12-week turnaround for a leasehold purchase during the summer months is perfectly normal \u2014 not lightning fast, but certainly smooth and stress-free.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>It was a genuine pleasure working with Krisztian and Adrienn.
