A property purchase is a long and complicated process and it could be really stressful sometimes.
There are some occasions when things get really hard, for example when your mortgage offer is about to expiry and you have no specific completion date.
This is what happened in this case and currently a mortgage offer extension means the interest rate will be recalculated and monthly payments will be much higher.
Fortunately right before the offer was about to expire the solicitors came back and confirmed they are ready to exchange contracts and in a very short period of time we were ready to complete this case.
It is a happy end and we are glad that no further circumstances delayed Zsolt and Eszter from getting the keys for their new home.
