As months passed, we neared the six-month mortgage offer expiry date. To avoid any last-minute stress, we secured a free extension from the lender. By January 2025, everything was set… or so we thought.

Even on completion day, she had to ensure everything was cleared before giving the green light. But despite the stress and last-minute hurdles, she powered through.
