Gergo and Victoria, Bedfordshire

Gergo and Viktoria contacted us in October 2025 with the exciting goal of purchasing their own home. As we carefully reviewed their situation, it quickly became clear that the goal was absolutely achievable, however there were a few important details where we needed to dig deeper before reaching the finish line.

For data protection reasons, we naturally cannot share the exact circumstances, although it would truly be an interesting story what kind of obstacles we managed to overcome together. What matters most, however: from that very first enquiry in October, by 22.12.2025 the mortgage offer was already in hand, so this truly became a fantastic Christmas gift 😊

Despite the complicated circumstances, the mortgage process itself was completed in just 4 days, which in such a complex situation is a seriously impressive achievement.

As an interesting detail, it also shows just how much work and attention went into this journey that throughout the entire process, we exchanged nearly 80 emails with each other — so it is fair to say that truly every tiny detail found its place.

Finally, after smaller and larger but completely manageable delays, at the end of April 2026 the big moment arrived: key handover day. And honestly, perhaps not much more needs to be said than that.

We often also wonder whether others ever question if the photos we receive from our clients are real, or if we simply share random couples’ pictures. 😊 But we always aim for the photo to be taken precisely on the day of key handover, because on that one single day, that unrepeatable mix of joy, tiredness, exhaustion, and the excitement of a new, now truly their own future appears on their faces all at once.

This is exactly why we love sharing these moments — because these are real stories, with real people, and real milestones.

Huge congratulations to Gergo and Viktoria on this incredible milestone, and we wish you endless happiness in your new home! 😊
