Attila and Csilla, Bristol

Attila and Csilla’s house purchase was quite an adventure.

We started the mortgage application in March 2019, we put together the necessary documents very quickly so the bank issued the mortgage offer in a short period of time.Due to the summer holidays and many other errors made by third parties, the handover of the keys was postponed until the end of July.

But miraculously in the end the purchase completed, despite the fact that the seller backed out of the sale at the last minute and the bank withdrew the mortgage offer 1 week before completion.

That is why we are there for our clients to help to get them through these difficult times.

Congratulations on your beautiful new home, we hope you will enjoy it a lot and thank you for choosing us.
