It gives us great pleasure when we can’t mention any difficulties in connection with a purchase, which is relatively rare, but sometimes we are lucky.
The mortgage application was submitted on October 6, 2021 and we completed it a little over 2 months later, which is great, it’s usually more than that.
Csaba and Alexandra’s purchase is also gratifying because our solicitor told us on the 22nd of December they could go and get the keys, which was only collected from the agency on December 23rd.
After several weeks of waiting, getting the keys to your own house one day before the Christmas holidays is a big surprise.
