Janos and Rita, Milton Keynes

Janos and Rita’s story is one of those rare cases where absolutely nothing goes wrong during the entire home-buying process 😊

They first got in touch with us on 23rd March 2025, and just one month later, their mortgage in principle was ready. By 3rd May, they already had their official mortgage offer from the bank.

That might not sound super fast at first, but what makes it impressive is that it included a long and complicated deposit verification process — and even that was completed in record time.

So: mortgage offer on 3rd May, and by mid-June, they had the keys in hand. Even the estate agency was shocked at how quickly everything came together. Of course, everyone was over the moon.

In total, we exchanged just 75 emails — which really isn’t much, and that’s because everything went so smoothly.

So, how is it that some purchases drag on for 3-4 months, or even up to a year, while this one was done in a flash? The answer is simple: everyone involved did their job properly. The sellers were open and honest, and the professionals on both sides were reliable.

But the real stars were Janos and Rita. They responded with incredible speed and precision — like engineers. I knew that if I sent them an email, I’d have a reply within the hour. That kind of dedication makes all the difference in a successful home purchase. It also made our job much easier — and now they get to enjoy the summer in their very own home.

Congratulations! 😊
