Krisztian and Adrienn, Milton Keynes

Krisztian and Adrienn reached out to us in April 2025 for an initial mortgage consultation. From the very first call, it was clear that this would be a smooth and successful journey — they were determined, organised, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn’t wait to get started on their case.

Initially, they were considering purchasing a shared ownership property. However, after a detailed discussion about the potential drawbacks and limitations of such a purchase, they quickly decided to pursue a standard full ownership route instead — a decision that ultimately served them very well.

It didn’t take long to find the perfect flat in the brilliant Milton Keynes. The mortgage offer was issued by the bank in just under two weeks — a fairly typical timeframe, especially since the valuation process often takes the longest. By early May, we had the mortgage in place, and from there our solicitors successfully completed the full purchase process in just 12 weeks.

At the final stage, we arranged their insurance policies, because peace of mind and financial security are just as important as getting the keys.

All in all, a 12-week turnaround for a leasehold purchase during the summer months is perfectly normal — not lightning fast, but certainly smooth and stress-free.

It was a genuine pleasure working with Krisztian and Adrienn. It makes a world of difference when clients come to us with a clear, realistic vision of what they want, and then approach the process with responsiveness, precision, and trust.

Huge congratulations to them — and thank you for choosing us to guide you on this journey. We hope we managed to keep your road to homeownership as pothole-free as possible! 🏡
