Zoltan and Silvia, Telford

This is what we call an exciting purchase 🙂

Nothing serious happened, but so many obstacles that had to be sorted with the property, with the owners, maintenance works, etc.

The solicitors were appointed on the 28/09/2022 but completion only took place on the 17/02/2023, which is an unusually long time, but Christmas holidays made this long actually.

Zoltan and Silvia were incredibly patient throughout the process and supported us if an issue had to be sorted out.

It is always a team work between us and the clients, so we can achieve their goals, no matter what the obstacle is.

Congratulations to you, we hope you enjoy being a homeowner.
