The all time favorite question of “Am I able to buy a property on my own?” is answered again and the answer is YES!
Zsolt’s purchase was not the easiest as 3 lenders refused to lend him any money or the requested loan amount.
But we kept pushing, kept trying and finally we found a lender who accepted Zsolt and a few weeks later he picked up the key for his new home.
Just because one or two or even more lenders declined your mortgage application that does not mean you are not eligible, it just means that different lenders have different lending rules and some of your circumstances may not fit into their “box”.
